Membership is handled by Crossmember, which is a membership management system developed specifically for clubs.
Existing members (especially those who have previously paid by standing order or direct into the HLR bank account) are encouraged to make payment only via Crossmember using the link which you will receive with your renewal invitation email, and which is also shown below. This will permit payment by your choice of credit/debit card, ApplePay/GooglePay or PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay.
Because of high bank charges and a lack of integration with our membership systems, payments by cheque or cash can unfortunately no longer be accepted.
If you experience an insurmountable problem with the Crossmember site, then, in exceptional cases, our membership team should be able to take a card payment over the phone on +44 (0)1873 777309.
