Non-sponsored events may allow HLR members to enter their cars, although there may not be an HLR stand or opportunity to display cars. Ticket sales website: http://www.silverstoneclassic.com/tickets.php Dear HLR Member Classis Silverstone  23,24,25 July 2010 I have received the following from the Silverstone Circuit Organisers: "To avoid disappointment we are advising all registered clubs to encourage their members to take advantage of the current discount ticket offer and buy now, before 31 st March , in order to secure an infield display for their car. At that date we will review the situation based on tickets sold and what capacity , if any , remains for further BOGOF ticket sales.  You will appreciate that we are not able to sell tickets for display spaces we cannot deliver, and therefore will have to remove the BOGOF offer from our website as soon as we reach capacity after March 31 st ." There is less room for Club Displays this year and passes will only be given out whilst there is infield space. It will  a magnificent three days of not-to-be-missed historic racing and another great opportunity for an HLR display. I am particularly keen to encourage you to bring your car this year and ideally this will be for the three days, but anything less is also welcome. We will have, as last year, a caravan as a home base thanks to the good auspices of Brian Soper and his family. Tickets are available either by the day or with better value for the long weekend. You will be required to give the registration number of the car you are displaying (if any), please ask for a car infield pass when ordering, plus a tender/ tow car pass if required  Remember that there is excellent evening entertainment included in the price. Last year we had two evenings of world-class entertainers on a massive concert stage.
